Completed in early 2021, The Beach Barn Main House is a new construction project and collaboration with Stelle Lomont Rouhani Architects with Interior Design by Michael Del Piero of Hampton Good Design. This is a modern structure with classic elements that together make for a very unique and special home. One of the main requirements of the homeowners was that the house would be sun-drenched throughout the day. The placement of the windows and use of the oversized skylight make this possible. This house will be used as a full-time residence so it was important that the home was functional for year-round living.
